3. Use of the Tool

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you input into the Resume Builder. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Input false, misleading, or fraudulent professional information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the underlying logic of the builder.
• Use the tool to generate content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates third-party intellectual property.

4. Intellectual Property

The website design, tool interface, coding, and brand assets (including the name "The Personal Cares") are the exclusive property of the website owner. While users retain full ownership of the data they input and the resulting PDF document, the layout templates and software logic are protected by copyright laws.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is central to our operation. As specified in our Privacy Policy, The Personal Cares does not store your resume data on our servers. Since we do not "see" your data, we cannot be held responsible for the accidental deletion or loss of your progress if you refresh your browser or experience a technical failure.
